Digital Banking New User Registration

GETTING STARTED 

If you’re on a mobile phone, visit your App Store, search TRUE Community Digital Banking and look for our colorful TRUE icon. 

If you’re on a computer or tablet, visit DigitalBanking.TRUECCU.com

1. REGISTER A NEW ACCOUNT 

Once you reach the login screen on your device, click Register A New Account

2. SELECT ACCOUNT TYPE 

Select Individual or Business to indicate  which type of account you are registering. 

3. ACCEPT THE DISCLOSURE 

Review and accept TRUECCU’s Digital Banking disclosure. 

4. VERIFY YOUR ACCOUNT INFORMATION AND IDENTITY 

Confirm Your Identity By Entering: 

  • Your account number 
  • Your full Social Security Number Your date of birth 
  • Your zip code 

Note: When registering a Business Account, use your EIN in place of Social Security Number and the date your business was created in place of Date of Birth. 

5. FIRST TIME LOGIN CREDENTIALS 

Create a unique username between 6 and 20 characters in length. 

Select whether you would like a temporary password to be sent via email or text. 

6. ENTER THE TEMPORARY PASSWORD 

Once you receive the temporary password at the destination selected in Step 5, enter your temporary password. 

7. CREATE YOUR PASSWORD 

Your password must be at least 12 characters in length using any combination of upper or lower case letters, numbers or symbols. 

You will enter your Password two times to confirm. 

8. VERIFY CONTACT INFORMATION 

Ensure your email and phone number are up-to-date.
