Ways to Make a Payment

Digital Banking 

Create a Digital Banking account online and easily transfer from your TRUE Community account or connect to another financial institution with the external account option. 

You can schedule and edit one-time or recurring transfers between all your accounts. To register your TRUECCU account, you’ll need your account number, your social security number, and the zip code and email address or phone number on your account.

Web Pay  

Enroll in web pay online and set up recurring ACH or Debit card payments from your other financial institution to your TRUE Community account or loan. Easily create and delete scheduled payments at any time. Web pay is fee-free for enrolled users. 

To Make a Guest Payment without being enrolled in Web Pay, there is a $10 fee.

ACH Transfer from Another Financial Institution 

Initiate a payment from your other financial institution to TRUECCU. 

TRUE Community Credit Union does not charge a fee for incoming ACH transactions or Wire transfers. 

You can find your account number and routing number inside Digital Banking online. 

Check out the digital banking page for more step-by-step instructions. If paying directly to a loan, ensure the correct loan ID is provided to your financial institution so the payment applies to the correct loan/share. 

Pay Over the Phone

Give us a call at 517.784.7101 or 800.554.7101 to make a payment over the phone with a representative. Make a payment with your account number and routing number or with your debit card from another financial institution. 

Payments processed over the phone will be charged a $10 fee.

Pay at a Branch 

Pay in person at any TRUE Community Credit Union branch location!

Pay at a Shared Branching Location 

Utilize a Shared Branching credit union near you to make a payment to your TRUECCU loan or account. 

There are over 5,000 shared branch locations nationwide; find the closest one to you with the Shared Branching Locator.

Mail a Payment 

Mail payments to TRUE Community Credit Union 1100 Clinton Rd. Jackson, MI 49202. (Please take into consideration the time it takes for payments to be sent through the mail, approximately 1-2 weeks. Late payments are subject to late fees.)
